Q. Why play at a PlayFootball Arena

A. Our Arenas have been awarded The FA Small Sided Football Accreditation for high standards and services to football. We pride ourselves on making sure that our Arenas are best in class so that our customers get the best experience possible.

Q. Where do I find my league results?

A. Select the Players Lounge link from the main menu. Then select your relevant Venue. Click on the relevant league from the list shown and you will be presented with the latest information for your league. Subsequent visits to the Player's Lounge will default to the Venue you've previously selected.

Q. How do we know what grade of league to enter? I don't know how my team compares to other teams.

A. We can advise you on the best league to enter for your team. On top of that, we have grading games at the start of every season and end of season promotion and relegation to ensure the leagues remain competitive.

Q. Can I engage with other players?

A. Yes, all of our sites have Facebook and twitter pages where we upload regular match reports, run competitions and talk about upcoming football events.

Q. What do we get at the end of season if we win the league?

A. There is a presentation night at the end of the season where winners and runners up are issued with their team trophies and individual medals.

A. 5-a-side - 14 players can be registered for one team in a season and 8 players can play for a team in one night - 5 players and 3 rolling subs*.

A. Preferably teams should have matching kit and must wear shin pads. If required, we can provide bibs for teams to play in. Players can wear astro or moulded boots, strictly no blades or metal studs allowed

Q. What time should we turn up and play?

A. You will be supplied with a full set of fixture lists and fixtures will also be available to view on our website. Before each game starts your team manager will need to pay for the game and show the receipt to the referee before the game can begin. Therefore, team managers should arrive a good 10 to 15 minutes prior to the game start time. (Hint: If you pay for a season in advance it does make things easier for the team manager).

Q. What happens if our opposition doesn't turn up?

A. Our staff work very hard to confirm all games before hand. But on the odd occasion that your opposition doesn't show we try to arrange an alternative game for you.

Q. What happens if a team drops out of the league?

A. We do ask teams to sign up in advance for the full season. However, if a team does pull out we will try to replace them as quickly as possible. In the mean time we will try to arrange alternative games for your team.

Q. Do you supply the referee?

A. Yes, we supply FA Qualified referees.
